This legal agreement (“Agreement”) binds the Visitor/User/Subscriber (“You”, “Your”, “Client”) and Trinethra Digital Media Pvt. Ltd., the owner and operator of this Website and related digital properties.

1. USE AND ACCESS

b. Paid Subscription activates upon successful payment acceptance by the Company.
All payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise.
c. Subscription is strictly for individual, personal use.
d. A Subscriber may not share, license, sell, or transfer access to others.
e. Subscription is non-transferable and non-assignable.
f. Downloading, copying, distributing or converting website material into any shareable format is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.
g. Commercial use of Website content is prohibited.
h. Subscribers may not alter, delete, damage, or interfere with any Website material, systems, servers or technology.
i. Any illegal or objectionable actions will render the Subscriber liable for legal consequences and damages.

3. VERIFICATION OF SUBSCRIBERS

4. PROFILE CREATION
a. A user profile is created upon filling the online registration form.
b. Subscribers may upload photos or details subject to technical feasibility and policy compliance.

5. DEACTIVATION / DELETION OF PROFILES
a. Paid profiles will be deactivated if not renewed before expiry.
b. Inactive profiles for over 6 months may be deleted automatically.
c. The Company reserves the right to deactivate any profile without assigning reasons.

6. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIBERSHIP
a. The Company reserves the right to cancel any subscription at any point without stating reasons. No refunds will be paid.
b. Posting abusive, obscene, illegal or harmful content may result in immediate cancellation without compensation.

7. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
The Company may suspend or terminate access without notice for breach of these Terms.

8. SCHEMES / OFFERS
The Website may run promotional schemes or plans.
The Company reserves full rights to modify or discontinue schemes at any time.

9. COMMENTS
Users must post comments responsibly — without abuse, obscenity, threats, hate speech or unlawful content.
The Company reserves the right to moderate, edit or remove comments.

10. INTERACTIVE FEATURES (Chat / Live Services)
a. If chat or interactive features are provided, they are meant solely for user engagement.
b. The Company does not record chat content.

12. DUTIES & OBLIGATIONS OF USERS
a. Users must furnish truthful, genuine, and accurate information.
b. Proof may be requested to verify claims.
c. Users bear full responsibility for correctness of information uploaded.
d. Users interacting with any third-party services advertised on the Website must independently verify authenticity.
e. Misuse of chat or comment sections is prohibited.

13. ERRORS & DISCREPANCIES

Liability is limited to removal or correction of such errors upon being notified with valid proof.

23. FORCE MAJEURE
